Bunmi Feco to Bid His
Father-in-Law Farewell!
Celebration of the life and times of the affluent, we are told, runs into months, if not years while that of the less-privileged could fizzle out in just few days but the memory of those survived by children and enduring legacies is eternal.
Such was the final rites of Baba Emmanuel Ola Arogundade, father of Abiola Precious, the delectable wife of Bunmi Ogunmoroti, a.k.a Feco, a.k.a P.S, whose lifetime contributions to community, his local Church, the training of his children and humanity at large were said to be starling, exemplary, fruitful and rewarding.
Famous and influential in life and even in death, the overflowing crowd of families, friends, children’s work-place colleagues, LCDA representatives and the irrepressible, indefatigable #nitoriojoolawa family led by its Olórí Ebí, Congressman Bimbo Daramola which showed up to pay last and lasting respect could mean only one thing: a testament to a life well-spent, immortal reminder of his earthly impacts and Bunmi’s befitting epitaph of “here lies a man who was more a Father than a father-in-law.”
Humble, respectful and relatable, Bunmi Feco himself earned every support he got and deserves even more, he sure does more for others should we swing roles and turn the table. Little wonder, many people swim around him and his wife like Ants after sugar.
After the “dust-to-dust” and Jerusalem my happy home, a áà pàdé l’étí odó and grave-side orations, guests were treated to sumptuous entertainment, good music and energetic dance steps and many people wish they live long, be survived by good children and undying legacies and praying we reunited on resurrection morning to part no more.
