200Days In Office : Muslim Youths Laud Oyebanji’s Giant Strides In Ekiti 

The Ekiti State Chapter of National Council of Muslim Youth Organizations ( NACOMYO) has expressed delight on the variius interventions of governor  Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji  in the areas of People’s welfare and infrastructural development.
Mallam Musa Tijani, the Secretary, Ekiti  NACOMYO Chapter, said   Muslim Youths also  hailed the planned injection of $80 million from African Development Bank ( AfDB) to boost the local economy and create job opportunities for Ekiti youths.
The group,in its communique at the end  of the stakeholders meeting which comprises of the Coordinator and  key executive members, including past Coordinators, and national officers from Ekiti State gave the governor a pass mark .
NACOMYO  noted that governor  Oyebanji  in the last 200 days had demonstrated capacity to run an open, prosperous and all inclusive government.
The Muslims group said Mr  Governor had succeeded at putting smiles into the faces of civil servants and pensioners through prompt payment of their entitlements especially salary arrears, deductions and other bonuses.
The group  noted with satisfaction that the resolve of the Governor to give periodic account of his stewardship to the people of Ekiti State is highly commendable and a preservation of the right of the people to know the goings regarding their governance.
While saluting the Governor for embarking on an open door administration policy, the meeting urged Governor Oyebanji to consider measures to decongest traffic along Odo-Ado / ABUAD road.
It  noted that even when the road leads to major institutions and facilities in the state, it is always difficult to navigate due to regular traffic gridlock on the road.
