Former Ekiti State Director of the National Orientation Agenda(NOA),Hon. Bamitale Oguntoyinbo has drummed support for the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress(APC),Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) ahead of the next Saturday poll .
Oguntoyinbo, also former chairman of Oye Local Government assured that Tinubu’s Presidency would revamp moribund democratic Local Government administration in Nigeria.
Speaking to newsmen in Oye-Ekiti ,therefore appealed to council workers, community leaders and Traditional rulers and all lovers of democracy and Local Government Administration to work for Tinubu’s Presidency.
He called on all lover of democracy in Nigeria to come out emass and vote for Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the next President of Nigeria.
He argued that Local Government administration has been mutilated and armputated to the level that no Local Government can perform it’s statutory roles, because the governors have rubbish, and reduced them to non- performing institution.
He argued further that when Bola Tinubu was the governor of Lagos State, he created functional LCDAs to make government closer to the people.
Hon. Oguntoyinbo said despite un-cooperative deposition of the then President, the Head of state Olusegun Obasanjo, Tinubu brought Obasanjo to his knees and made the LCDA functional in Lagos till date.
