The Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Dele Alake, has described President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a visionary and transformative leader whose bold reforms are reshaping Nigeria’s future.
Alake,in goodwill message on Tinubu’s 73rd birthday, Alake emphasized that the occasion’s timing coinciding with the end of the holy month of Ramadan was particularly significant.
He urged Nigerians to honor the President’s request for prayers for national peace and prosperity instead of elaborate celebrations.
“I congratulate my boss, ally, and visionary leader on the occasion of his 73rd birthday anniversary. Indeed, your life’s trajectory is a testament to God’s faithfulness and grace,” Alake stated.
Reflecting on Tinubu’s leadership, Alake praised his courage in implementing reforms despite daunting challenges. “Against the run of play, you surmounted gargantuan obstacles stacked against you and ascended our nation’s highest office nearly two years ago,” he said.
“Where others before you were hesitant, you took the bull by the horns, championing reforms that are today gradually yielding fruit declining inflation, reducing food prices, and an improving security situation under your leadership as Commander-in-Chief,” he added.
The minister highlighted Tinubu’s impact on national security, noting that enhanced coordination among security agencies has led to the elimination of terrorists and the neutralization of key bandit leaders.
“As you celebrate 73 years of extraordinary service and impact, may the Almighty grant you continued good health, strength, and wisdom to build the Nigeria of our dreams,” Alake prayed.
He urged Nigerians of all faiths to heed Tinubu’s call for prayers, saying, “This moment, coinciding with the end of Ramadan, is an opportunity to intercede for the country’s prosperity and well-being under your leadership.”
