There are lessons I wish more people understood before they started seeking influence.
Over the years, through broadcasting, event hosting, communication, leadership, and my engagement with young people, I have observed how people pursue opportunities, build relationships, navigate leadership, and attempt to make a difference.
One thing has become increasingly clear to me: good intentions alone are not enough.
You must be intentional about how you position yourself, how you engage with people, how you use the opportunities available to you, and how you contribute to the world around you.

I wrote this book for people who want to grow beyond where they are today. People who want their presence to mean something, their leadership to count, and their influence to produce something positive.
This is not just about getting ahead. It is also about understanding the responsibility that comes with the opportunities we receive.
