Former governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose has undertaken another successful neck surgery .
The ex governor has been out of circulation in recent times.
The PDP was said to have undergone a surgery in February during the heat of the Governorship campaign.
The PDP Governorship campaign was temporarily suspended in February when news filtered in that the medics told the former governor that it was a 50-50 chance .
