Ekiti Senatorial 2023: Ekiti PDP Women Leaders Back Olujimi’s Return Bid 

Senator Abiodun Olujimi’s quest to retain her seat in the Red Chamber got a boost as women Stakehokders in the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) promised to work for her victory in the 2023 General Elections.
This  was the resolution at the end of meeting conveyed by the  PDP Women Leader for Ekiti South Senatorial District, Mrs Arike Koledowo.
The meeting was attended by the party’s women leaders in the six Local Governments areas in the Senatorial District  ,64 Ward Leaders as well as the PDP’s State Women Leader,Hon. Sade Akinrinmola .
The participants described the return ticket given to the two-term Senstor as an acknowledgement of her  quality and robust representation in the National Assembly.
They promised to commence grassroots mobilisation  for the PDP Senatorial candidate.
In her remarks Olujimi thanked the PDP women for the show of love promising to intensify efforts at giving them voice in the party and at the National Assembly.
Senator Olujimi enjoined them  to remain committed to the party ideology while assuring them of improvement in dispensing dividends of democracy at the grassroot.
Also speaking ,the  PDP Southwest Zonal Publicity Secretary, Chief Sanya Atofarati, appealed to the participants to step up campaigns for the party and its candidates at all levels .
According to him , Senator Olujimi had distinguished herself among her peers .
He therefore  encouraged  the women to commence mobilisation for the party to ensure victory  of its  Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar and all candidates of the party in the 2023 general elections.
