The former Chairman of Oyo State Association of Local Government in Nigeria ALGON, Hon Yekeen Popoola extended warm greetings to the all Muslims in Nigeria on the occasion of Eid el-Fitr in a release signed by him to mark the end of Ramadan.
Popoola acknowledged the importance of this religious celebration and wished everyone a joyous and blessed Eid.
He highlighted the spirit of unity and togetherness that Eid embodies, emphasizing the values of compassion, generosity, and forgiveness.
Popoola also commended the people of the country for their resilience and devotion throughout the month of Ramadan.
“‘Eid el-Fitr is a time for reflection, celebration, and strengthening of bonds within ourselves. I wish all my Muslims home and abroad a joyous and prosperous Eid, filled with blessings and happiness.”
The former chairman further expressed his hope that the Eid festivities would bring peace, harmony, and prosperity to all Muslims.
He encouraged everyone to continue to work together to build a stronger and more inclusive Nigeria.
