Family sources said Ogbulafor who hailed is from Olokoro, in Umuahia South local government area of Abia State died on Thursday in Canada at the age of 73.
He was PDP’s National Secretary before he later became National Chairman.
He was also forced to resign as PDP national chairman just like many others after falling out of favour with some powerful stakeholder in the party.
