Foundation Seeks Training, Emotional Supports For Girl-child ,IDPs

A non-governmental organization, Orah Bayit Foundation has underscored the importance of education and empowerment in breaking the yoke of poverty and inequality in the Kaduna and its environs.
The organisation ,established to empower children, particularly girl-child , low income homes and internally displaced persons said this task could be achieved through proper mentorship and training.
The foundation established a network of community centres, where children could access quality education, hygiene, and emotional support through sporting activities.
Founder of Orah Bayit Foundation,  Grace Iliya Stated this during mentorship, leadership training and football competition  programmes aimed at empowering and building the mental Capacity through sports, education and other areas of human endeavours in the society.
She explained  that the mission of the foundation was to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for the less privileged children to grow, learn, and thrive.
Grace Iliya said  that the foundation was  determined to empower children,by  providing vocational training, mentorship programs, and counselling services to the underserved.
During a football competition,  the female team defeated its Male counterparts
The Deputy Chief of Staff to the Kaduna State governor,   Barrister James Kanyib and the Executive Chairman of Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service Comrade Jerry Adams said  government is putting concerted effort towards empowering the children in sports and education .
They call on well-meaning individuals and groups to support the foundation for the socioeconomic development of Nigeria.
