The Supreme Court has affirmed the election of the Peoples Democratic Party,(PDP) candidate in the last Governorship in Osun ,as the true ,Ademola Adeleke as the governor of Osun State.
Delivering judgment on Tuesday afternoon, a five-member panel of Justices of the apex court held that the Court of Appeal was right in reinstating Adeleke as governor.
