The All Progressives Congress(APC) Vice Presidential candidate, Senator Kassim Shettima has paid a surprise visit to the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) chieftain and former governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fsyose at his residence in Abuja ahead of the 2023 elections.
Though details of the meeting was sketchy as at press time, Fayose and some PDP governors, led by Rivers State governor Nyesome Wike have been hsging a running battle with the leadership of the party. It is however not clear whether the aggrieved PDP leaders would work or support the party’s Presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
