Simply identified as Bulama Salish ,he arrested for allegedly defiling a four-year-old girl who is said to be the daughter of a man identified only as Mallam Abubakar in Adamawa State.
The signal read, “As of 181800 on July 2022. Rape case,97na/45/7383 SSGT Bulama Salisu frm 232bn attached to 23bde SP BN Maiha, raped one (name withheld) 4 years old daughter to one Mallam Abubakar.
