President-elect,Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has said that no administration in Lagos State would stop rural urban drift or stop non indigenes from moving into the state .
Tinubu,in a viral video spoke in the wake of the ethnic tension brewing in Lagos ahead of the Governorship and Houses of Assembly elections stressing that the economic prosperity had been attracting people to the state.
The former Lagos State governor specifically said good governance in addition to what he termed first class infrastructural and education facilities in the State is second to none in Nigeria.
He argued that if successive administrations had not made life abundance for the indigenes and residents of the State, nobody would be willing to move in to the State.
” We ensured that everyone irrespective of ethnic background enjoy the good things we had put in place interns of education and infrastructural facilities.You see them coming in droves,nobody round be willing to migrants to a place where he he or she cannot live a good life or prosper economically. So we cannot stop anyone from coming in “
Tinubu also asked rhetorically that nobody soujd ge willing to fudh into a state where three is no economic prosperity.
