Nigerian drug dealer Tony Obina has reportedly been recaptured after escaping from Kakata Central Prison in Margibi County, Liberia.
Obina, who was recently convicted in a major drug-trafficking case alongside two Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency officers, was reportedly apprehended by residents and security personnel while trying to flee.
