The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has congratulated  the immediate past

Minister of Communications and Digital Planning, Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami on his new appointment as the Co-chairman of the African Scientific Research and Innovation Council (AU-ASRIC) under the African Union(AU) .
Professor Ishaq Akintola, the Founder/Executive Director of  the  Islamic human rights organization, in a statement  said the group and indeed Nigeria and Africa are proud of the feat attained by this erudite scholar .

MURIC rejoiced with Professor Pantami for proving his mettle once again and referred to him as a worthy ambassador and a model per excellence for the youths.

The full statement reads:

“Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami was recently appointed by the African Union (AU) as a Co-chairman of the African Scientific Research and Innovation Council (AU-ASRIC).

“We have always known that Pantami will go places. This man is loaded. He is a worthy ambassador of Nigeria and a model per excellence for our youths. Whereas some doubting Thomases and agent provocateur saw nothing good in him when he was serving here as the Minister of Communications and Digital Planning, Pantami has now been elevated to continental level. Their pull-him-down-syndrome (PhD) did not work on him.

“This is a very important appointment. Pantami will now be crafting the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) Policy and Strategy for the whole of Africa and the policy is expected to impact all the 54 countries on the African continent.

“It is our hope that Nigerians will learn one or two lessons from the rise of Pantami. Nigerians are immensely talented people but neither the people themselves nor the leaders appreciate what they have. Let us believe in our country. Let us have faith and confidence in ourselves and our true greatness will be realized.

“We congratulate Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami and wish him success in his new portfolio.”
