Zahrah Ibrahim, a Nigerian lecturer and PhD student in Engineering at Aberdeen in Scotland, for winning the prestigious European “Drilling Engineering Innovation Award”.
Her presentation on “A Novel Approach for Wellbore Strengthening” wowed the judges, and secured her the top spot among the nominees.
