Senator Abdul Ningi revealed during Senate plenary that former Katsina South Senator Bello Mandiya, 62, reportedly slipped in his Abuja bathroom, hit his head and died.
His body was discovered about 72 hours later after neighbours noticed a foul smell coming from his apartment.
