Some beneficiaries of High Chief Tale Oguntoyinbo have expressed heartfelt appreciation to him for securing employment for them at Oye Local Government .The beneficiaries were employed into the Local Government administration, between 2004-2007, when Oguntoyinbo was Chairman of the Council .
The apparently elated beneficiaries who paid a visit to Ilodo community to rejoice with Oguntoyinbo on his recent installation as “The Obalodo” of Oye kingdom said they were in Oye to show appreciation for the exemplary interventions in their lives through the instrumentality of Oguntoyinbo.
They also said that Oguntoyinbo’s impact was felt outside of the Oye-Ekiti as he facilitated the recruitment of others into Local Government administration in the state.
The group used the opportunity to commend Governor Biodun Oyebanji for appointing Chief Oguntoyinbo as the Board Chairman of the Ekiti State Environmental Protection Agency.
They described Chief Oguntoyinbo as a true community leader and Destiny Helper who always desire to impact on humanity.
The group which arrived the Abolodo quarters with pomp and celebrations
was led by Solomon Agbemoyin and Tope ojo ,alias Tokio.
They said Obalodo is legendary for compassion, honesty and dedication to the socio, economic and political development of Oye-Ekiti.
Solomon Agbemoyin the leader of the group said “as at today ” there is no local government in the state that you will not see more than five officers who will say that his or her appointment came through High Chief Bamitale Oguntoyinbo when he was the chairman of oye Local government.
Those who spoke during the visit said majority of them are now senior officers between grade level 10, and 14 in the state service.
They explained further that many of them who are professionals teachers have crossed to teaching careers where they have made tremendous progress in the state service.
Some members of the group ; Solomon Agbemoyin, Tope Ojo,and Gbenga Oluwasola, who also spoke said, Chief Bamitale Oguntoyinbo did not limit the employment opportunity to oye sons and daughters alone, but across the entire oye Local government.
Responding Oguntoyinbo said he was extremely delighted and highly honoured to see them showing appreciation for what he did for them many years ago.
Oguntoyinbo said ” he still holds his slogan ” Kati ma se daada” that is, continue to be good. He promised to do more if God gives him the opportunity.
The group later presented a big befitting portrait to chief Bamitale Oguntoyinbo, as a sign of love and commendation.
Obalodo ‘s wife, who was the Chairperson during his tenure, Olori Ajibola Oguntoyinbo, expressed gratitude and appreciation to the entire team for the visit and the gift. She advised them to love one another and to be passionate about their community.
