Atiku while fielding questions during an interview session on Arise Television Friday afternoon ,said he got to know about Obi’s defection three days after he joined LP
The PDP Presidential candidate said he hope to continue the legacies of his former boss Chief Olusegun Obasanjo if elected.
On whether Obassnjo still endorse his political aspiration, Atiku simply replied ” I assume he (OBJ) supports my presidential bid “
Atiku gave insights into how he made his fortunes stressing that it got nothing to do with corruption.
” As a young public officer I engaged in other legitimate business which earned me extra money. There is no law banning public officers from engaging in legitimate business as far as I know ” Atiku said
