Court Adjourns   Case  Challenging  Alleged Illegal  Nominations of Ekiti APC Assembly Candidates 

An Federal High Court sitting in Ado-Ekiti has adjourned a suit seeking to  challenge the alleged unlawful nominations of candidates into state constituency seats by the leadership  All Progressives  Congress(APC) in Ekiti State
Some APC aspirants have challenged the nominations of some candidates into assembly seats .
In the suit No FGC/AD/CS/32/ 2022,the plaintiffs were  challenged the unlawful nomination of the party
The aggrieved are,  Ayodeji Adarabierin  Ado Constituency 1. and Nike Ajisafe Popoola  Ado Constituency 1 were challenging  the nomination of former aide  of the governor, Ayo Adegite
While  another aspirant, Mr Jide Akintola is  challenging  the nomination of Mrs Bolaji Olagbaju Egbeyemi into the position of House of Assembly Ado Constituency 2
Recalled the primary which was supposed to hold in May 26 2022 could not hold in both constituencies as a result of protest against the alleged  falsified delegate list which was different from the approved and authentic delegate lists from the party National Headquarters Abuja.
Justice  Bab. KUEWUMI  adjourned the case to 27th Sep 2022 while that of Ajisafe and Akintola adjourned to 10th of October 2022
