Former Governor of Ekiti State and ex-Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, has paid a congratulatory visit to Senator Abdul’aziz Yari at his residence in the Maitama district of Abuja.
The visit was to congratulate Senator Yari on his emergence as the Director-General of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 general elections.
Dr. Fayemi, a leading chieftain of the APC, described Senator Yari’s appointment as well-deserved, noting his experience in governance and party administration.
