As the arrangements for the May 29 ,2023 Swearing-in of the Nigeria President elect are in top gear ,President Williams Ruto of Kenya has sent in special envoy.
The special envoy, Mr. Felix Koskei who’s also the Chief of Staff to the President delivered a letter signed by President Williams Ruto where he congratulated President-elect, Bola Tinubu on his victory and also discussed areas of mutual interest between Nigeria and Kenya
