The Eid moon was sighted in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, and the people of the Kingdom will celebrate Eid tomorrow.

According to reports, the Saudi media had confirmed that the people will mark the auspicious occasion tomorrow (Sunday).

The Shawwal moon was not sighted in Malaysia, Australia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, India, and Brunei on Saturday, meaning that both countries will celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr on Monday, March 31, officials have confirmed.

In Malaysia, the announcement was made by the country’s religious authorities after extensive efforts to sight the moon at designated locations across the country. The absence of a visible crescent moon indicates that Ramadan will complete 30 days, marking March 31 as the day for Eid celebrations.
