The Ekiti State University Alumni Association, Ekiti State Chapter has commiserated with with the immediate past Chairman of the association, Dr ‘Deji Oso on the death of his father.
Members of the newly elected Executive Committee of the association, led by its new Chairman Pastor ‘Tunji Aribasoye who paid a courtesy visit to the house of Dr Oso described his father’s death as a great loss to the family.
Pastor Aribasoye who in his speech said that his team came purposely to commiserate with the entire family on the death of their patriarch and beloved late father attested to the fact that the late Pa. Oso lived an exemplary and fulfilled life while alive.
A statement by the association’s General Secretary, Stephen Agbele quoted Aribasoye as saying that “It is worthy of note that the deceased laid good legacies which were of great help to his biological Children of whom Dr. ‘Deji Oso is one and also people around him”.
He appreciated the wife of the deceased who was at home during the visit and the entire family for standing by the deceased until he gave up the ghost.
He, however, enjoined the family not to hesitate in intimating the new Executive Committee members with the burial arrangements as soon as it is concluded so as to know where to fit in in support of our foremost leader in Ekiti State Chapter in the person of Dr. Deji Oso.
The wife of Dr. Deji Oso, Mrs Bukola Oso who received the Executive Committee Members-elect on behalf of his husband appreciated all the team that came for the visit.
