Methodist High School, Owo To Hold 7th Career Talk Programme

 

The Alumni Association of the Methodist High School, Owo (MHSO) will hold the 7th Career Talk Programme Initiative to impact the lives of the students in the citadel of learning.

This was contained in a statement signed and made available to journalists by the National President of the Association, Akinola Osuporu.

The career talk which will be held at the School’s Auditorium on Thursday, 27th November, 2025 will feature the Imaran of Owo Kingdom, Chief Babalola Olaluwoye as its resource person, where he would take Senior Secondary Students on Entrepreneur- Ship themed: “Developing Entrepreneurial Mindset”.

Also expected at the glorious event as Special Guest of Honour is Princess Olufunmilayo Ademulegun Brown, who is a Full Time Board Member in Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).

The association also hailed her for facilitating the approval of the building of two (2) Classrooms for Methodist High School Owo recently.

“Please be informed that the 7th in the Series of our Career Talk Programme, comes up on Thursday, 27th November, 2025, at Methodist High School, Owo (MHSO) Auditorium. Time is: 9.30 am – 12.30 pm

“Our Resource Person is Chief Babalola S. Olaluwoye (1972 Set) – the Imaran of Owo Kingdom. Chief Babs S. Olaluwoye will take our Senior Students (SSI – SS3) on ENTREPRENEUR- SHIP – ‘Developing Entrepreneurial Mindset’

“Chief Babs Olaluwoye holds an M.SC in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Stirling, Scotland – amongst other Academic Qualifications. He was at one time an Enterprise Researcher at the Middlesex University Business School, London.

“He is the Founder of 3t Global School of Entrepreneurship. “He was one of the Official Mentors to some of the Federal Government Grant Awardees on the Youth Enterprise with Innovation in Nigeria (You WIN).

“We have Invited Princess Olufunmilayo Ademulegun Brown as our Special Guest of Honour for the Event. Princess Ademulegun Brown is a Full Time Board Member in Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).

“We want to use the occasion to appreciate her for facilitating the approval of the building of two (2) Classrooms built for Methodist High School Owo recently.

“As usual, our Members in Owo and its environs are Invited, to add grandness to the Event”.
