The governor of Akwa-Ibom state, Udom Emmanuel is also named as the Chairman of the council.
Others are, Bauchi state governor, Bala Mohammed, Vice Chairman (North) and the governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde, Vice Chairman (South).
