The deceased,who is the first visually impaired Professor in Nigeria, and a testament of resilience, mindset and education transformative power.
He is a true advocate of education and a beacon to the physically challenged community.
At BUK, he is an inspiration to all. In one of the lectures organized by National Association of Education Students of Bayero University Kano, chapter.
He asked audience a rhetorical, thought provoking and an inspiring question. “If a visually impaired person like me can study to PhD level what is your excuse”?
His students and mentees have shared lots of testaments about his benevolence, grace, humility, caring and love for education.
