Pomp As Alararomi  Honours US  Based Professional Care-giver, Film- maker, Others

The Alararomi of Araromi-Ekiti, Oba Gabriel Adebomi Babatunde has appealed to the sons and daughters of the community,- home and abroad,  to join hands with the palace in  the areas of youth empowerment, cultural preservation, education, and civic leadership.

The monarch gave this admonition during the conferment of honouring Chieftaincy titles on distinguished indigenes and friends of the community.

According to Oba Babatunde, the honours were  rooted in recognition of service, integrity, and commitment to the cultural and developmental vision of Araromi-Ekiti.

Among the honorees was an  electronics engineer, entrepreneur, and filmmaker, Chief Gabriel Olusola Ajayi  who became The Asiwaju of Araromi-Ekiti.

Eulogising the title holders  Oba Babatunde described the new Asiwaju as a beacon of excellence, philanthropy, and leadership adding that his pioneering role in vocational empowerment and his undying love for his hometown are worthy of emulation.

Also ,a 42-year-old professional caregiver and philanthropist based in the United States, Alhaja Adejoke Olatunji  bagged title of “Erelu Atuase of Araromi-Ekiti”

Alhaja Olatunji  distinguished herself through her compassion, consistent support for widows and children, and contributions to community-focused projects in Nigeria and abroad.

Similarly,  Chief Owoseni, a renowned business tycoon, and his supportive wife were jointly honoured with the titles *Aare Bobagunwa* and *Yeye Bobagunwa of Araromi-Ekiti.

He said the  recognition was  a testament to their commitment to community development,* stable family values, and distinguished character. The palace acknowledges their potential to influence and support community upliftment projects, especially in enterprise development and youth mentorship.

Alararomi  said the event was  not only ceremonial but also strategic and symbolic . “These new chiefs are expected to partner with the palace in our ongoing mission to restore the dignity, pride, and development of Araromi-Ekiti. Through their respective offices and honourary titles, they are now official collaborators in the royal vision for a prosperous future.” He
