Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress(APC),Captain Sunday Adebomi (retired) has congratulated former governor of Lagos State and APC Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) and Senator Kassim Shettima over their victories in the last Saturday poll.
The APC stalwart, equally congratulate members of the party who emerged victorious in the National Assembly elections in Ekiti State .
Adebomi ,in his congratulatory message said the combined influence of former governor Kayode Fayemi and the impressive performance of the incumbent governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji gave APC ,a resounding victory at the Presidential and National Assembly elections.
Former Governorship aspirant described Tinubu’s victory at the poll as well deserved, stressing he remains the most experienced and prepared for the job.
” I want to use this medium to congratulate Nigeria’s President-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Vice President-elect ,Senator Kassim Shettima for victories at the last Saturday’s poll.
“I equally want to congratulate our candidates for winning their Senate and House of Representatives elections.The victories confirmed that Ekiti and in deed Nigeria have again reposed their confidence in the calibre of candidates put forward for the poll.”Adebomi said
Adebomi, former Chairman, Ekiti State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) said the victor was a result of Tinubu’s long years of planning,hardwork resilience, negotiations and building bridges with the critical stakeholders across the major political divides in the country.
With the election of Tinubu ,the APC chieftain said Nigerians would soon hieve a sigh of relief and prepared to enjoy genuine dividends of democracy
He thanked Ekiti people for showing love to APC once again ,promising that they would not regret their action.
