Threat To My Life By Supporters of Peter Obi
On Saturday, July 12, 2025, I was tagged on a video by a person, purporting to be a supporter of the Labour Party Presidential candidate, by name Justice Ozobi, who threatened that he would kill me on sight anywhere he finds me.

In the event that the culprit deletes the video, I have also saved it and can provide the said recording to the Nigerian Police.
In view of the fact that supporters of Mr. Peter Obi have in the past trailed me to my residence in the United Kingdom, and also traced me to my daily jogging route, where they threatened to kill me if I do not leave Peter Obi alone and end my support for President Bola Tinubu, I have fears for the safety of my family.
Especially as prominent Obidients, including Mr. Rufai Oseni, a notorious journalist, have threatened, on record, to kill me in the past.
I have in the past brought such threats directly to Mr. Peter Obi’s attention, but I was disappointed that Mr. Obi told me verbally and in writing (I can provide evidence of this) that the threats were being made by supporters of President Tinubu masquerading as Obidients, even when I provided him with incontrovertible proof that such is not the case.
Consequently, I appeal to the Nigerian Police to investigate this threat to my life and help assure my safety as a law-abiding citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
