SYSTEMATIC HUMAN ORGAN HARVESTING IS A GLOBAL CRIME.

As someone who is deeply knowledgeable in law, criminology, psychology, and media science, I must state this clearly: Human organ trafficking and illegal transplantation is not a myth, it is a structured, transnational crime that endangers public safety, violates human rights, and threatens global integrity. It must be uncovered and investigated!

Anyone who claims to have knowledge of the perpetrators but chooses to conceal such critical information for so many years is legally complicit, and may be treated as an accessory after the fact.

This ongoing investigation, now attracting the attention of Amnesty International, the ICC, UN agencies, and other relevant human rights institutions across the globe will leave no stone unturned. If, at the conclusion of a thorough inquiry, any individual who has raised allegations fails to produce credible and sustainable evidence, they may face criminal charges for malicious prosecution, defamation, perjury, and the dissemination of false information capable of undermining a nation’s integrity.

In legal terms, mens rea (intent) and actus reus (action) are inseparable. Careless utterances are dangerously corrupt and carry serious legal consequences. Silence is not neutrality, it is complicity. And there will be accountability.

If 6.99999 out of 7 allegations turn out to be unsubstantiated, then this should serve as a powerful lesson for Nigerians on the dangers of misinformation and reckless narratives on social media.

“Conscience and morality demand more than silence. If you see or hear evil, speak up or stand against it, if you have the strength, courage, and resources. And if you don’t, your duty is to report it locally, or internationally. Inaction, when you know the truth, is complicity.” – Dr. Sandra C Duru

Walaih! I don’t believe in careless utterances and noise-making! I operate best when I’m underestimated, challenged, or even bullied by those who think their wealth or political connections can silence me. I welcome bold and risky battles, and I thrive in the midst of the so-called ‘powerful and untouchable.’ The law respects no status; if you’ve committed a crime against humanity or broken the law, you will be held accountable, no matter who you are.

We remain fully committed to uncovering the truth, no matter whose interests are affected. Justice must be served, the deceased and her family deserve nothing less.
