Wike,Ortom Learning New Tricks From  Football Star Toure 

Rivers State governor ,Nyesome Wike and his counterparts from Benue,Samuel Ortom were sighted with the former African footballer of the year, Yahaya Toure in a undisclosed place outside the shores of Nigeria.
