Arab Nobel laureate Tawakkul Karman gives brave response on Hijaab 

The  first woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize from the Arab world, Tawakkul Karman gave a brave response to journalists who sought to mock her for putting on Hijab .
 When asked about her Hijaab by Journalists and How it is Not Proportionate with her Level of Intellect and Education.
She Replied: “Man in Early times was almost Naked and as his Intellect evolved, He started wearing Clothes. What I am today and what I am wearing Represents the Highest Level of thought and civilization that man has achieved, and its not Regressive. Its the Removal of the Clothes again, that is the Regression back to the Ancient Times.”
Tawakkol Karman, a Yemeni journalist, was the first woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize from the Arab world. She shared the award with two Liberian women, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and Leymah Gbowee, for their non-violent efforts to promote peace and their struggle for women’s rights.
