The Genersl Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God ,Pastor ,Enoch Adejare Adeboye has warned his church members against distracting him with political issues bothering on the 2023 General Elections.saying ” I am a father to all”
The clergy while addressing his congregation clarified that he had never, at any occasion influence the political choices and decisions of his followers and he would never do so.
He therefore warned those peddling rumour about his purported endorsement of a particular political party and Presidential candidate to spare him of the controversy.
“Let me clear this once and for all .My assignment has nothing to do with partisan politics. My assignment is to pray for you ,pray for the nations, including Nigeria .Dont distract me ,for those of you who are genuine members of the Redeem Church of God ,I have never told you this is person you should vote for whether in secret or open, never .I never said this is political party you belong, I will never say that.
” I have never voted, if I do that I will u just to the rest of my children.I am the father of all and left it that way.” Adeboye
