Osun State governor-elect ,Senator Ademola Adeleke has dedicated his victory at the last Saturday poll to his late elder brother, and former Governor of the State, Isiaka Adeleke.
The Governor-elect who betrayed emotion while reacting said the spirit of his late brother died for the cause. Senator Isiaka Adeleke, his spirit still lives. He died to save.
“I remember him all the time. This victory, I dedicate it to him, because he taught me how to…,” profuse weeping, and amid sustained sobs, added: “The former Governor of Osun State, Senator Isiaka Adeleke, his spirit still lives. He died to save.
He wanted me to be the governor to save our people from slavery. Now, look at what happened. He died because of this cause. And I’m so happy that his spirit still lives. His younger brother – he was the first executive governor of Osun State, now the younger brother is governor-elect.
