A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party(PDP),Hon(Dr) Hellen Taiwo-Adebakin has joined millions of Nigerians to celebrate the nation’s 62nd Independence anniversary.
Adebakin ,the National coordinator, Women in Politics,in her independence message urged Nigerians to renew commitment to peace,unity and development of the nation.
The PDP chieftain who decried the current economic hardship in the land admonished Nigerians to take advantage of the 2023 Presidential election to change the sad commentary to pleasant one by voting for the party’s candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
According to her ,PDP as a political party is capable of returning the nation to the part of greatness ,going by its antecedents in leadership and governance.
” I am not unaware of the fact that most households are not celebrating because biting economic hardship. I want urged that Nigerians should not lose hope yet as the solution to the current bonds is around the corner.Vote for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and return the PDP back to power” Adebakin said
Dr Adebakin also felicitates with the wife of former governor of Oyo State, Alhaja Mutiat Ladoja on gbe occasion of her 67th birth anniversary.
She described Alhaja Ladoja as a mother, mentor and woman of virtues who always happy seeing younger women rise .
Adebakin, however wished Alhaja Ladoja many happy Returns of the day in good health and prosperity.
