The final burial rites for late Prophetess Victoria Popoola have commenced in London with service of songs.
The programme took place at the Dominion Christian Centre ,Danning Town market ,London Saturday evening .
The deceased and mother Aviation expert and former gubernatorial aspirant in Ekiti State ,Otunba Demola POPOOLA (alias ODEP) died on June 21,2022.
The programme will continue in Nigeria, particularly in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital on Tuesday ,13th September, 2022 with a Commendation Service at the CAC Coshen land Apete Ibadan, follow by Service of Songs and Praise Night at Victoria Event Place Sango Ibadan on the same day .
On Thursday, the event will move to Ekiti State,15 September,2022 where Christian Wake and Praise Night would hold at the deceased residence-Popoola House , Phase 2 ,Federal University Oye-Ekiti road, Oye-Ekiti.
Meanwhile the internment and Thanksgiving shall take place on Friday,16 September 2022 at Popoola House and CAC ,Oke- isegun Oye-Ekiti respectively,while the reception follows at Our Ladies Seat of Wisdom,Oye-Ekiti on sane day.The ceremony is expected to attract high profile personalities within and out outside Nigeria.
Atleast eight popular gospel singers including Evengelist Bola Aare, Ayan Jesu, Femi Oorun and Taiwo Ojodu would feature at the event.
Also expected at the Praise Night are : Evangelist Elijah Olorunkosobe, Atorise, Kemi Rehoboth and Pastor Adelakun Ayewa.
Late Prophetess Victoria Popoola died at the age of 86 and survived by many children ,including Pharm Ade POPOOLA the Group Managing Director(GMD) Reals Pharmaceutical, Lagos .Others are Rotimi Popoola and Yinka Popoola
